Plants and Debates

The biggest news out of the GOP debate last night wasn't so much who "won" the debate but who lost it.  The consensus seems to be that CNN lost it by a land side.

Brian Maloney at The Radio Equalizer reminds us of Rush's point today.  Rush told us "I told you so!" when it came to him telling the Republicans they shouldn't have agreed to do this Youtube debate.  But really, with all the "planting" that went on, it's CNN and the MSM that has lost the credibility here, not the GOP candidates.  In the long term it will be the media idiocy that will be remembered, not any answers those on stage gave.

Michelle Malkin has done a great job of tallying the list of plants in the debate forum.  The biggest catch was by Bill Bennett, who rather caught Anderson Cooper speechless with the first notice of a possible plant (HT: Allahpundit)

We can't leave this subject without Scott Ott's take on the whole evening.  Amazing how humor can sound so believable!
