What Does The Letters FEMA Stand For?

Probably should stand for "Fake Emergency Media Actors" or anything else along those lines.  What an insult to any media organization.  See here exactly what the furor is about....FEMA employees posing as reporters at a quickly organized news conference on the California wildfires.

As Captain Ed put it, "Who comes up with ideas like this?  It's almost as if the writers of The Onion have infiltrated the government." Sounds like something from them or Scott Ott at Scrappleface.

What should be going on in the reporting worlds is what Brian Chupp at the site The Game Fish is doing.  He has turned his website into a temporary blog, for folks to get news out about the wildfires in Brian's area.  Like quick moving news, it's not always 100% accurate, but much better than the 0% FEMA gets on this.  (HT: Hugh Hewitt)

Hugh also has a very good point....for those willing to help out, his idea of the California Relief Fund through Feed the Children is a tremendous idea.
