Hawaiian Price Controls Backfire

First it was the electricity rates fiasco in California (under Gray Davis).  Now it's the gasoline price freeze backfire in Hawaii.

It looks as though the socialistic leaning states are having even bigger problems with their economies.  Any guess as to when they'll learn?
