Had He Been In Louisville Today....

we wouldn't have seen this (thank you, Michelle Malkin).  As you heard earlier, Ted Kennedy was originally scheduled to speak today in Louisville.  However, he thought filibustering Alito was more important.  And blowing up, it seems.

Oh yeah, after all this hot air, the Senate votes 72-25 to end debate and clear the way for a vote on Alito tomorrow.
