"We the People" Organization?

Today, my answering machine received this attached message from an organization called We The People.  Anyone ever heard of them?  Are there other automated messages being sent out?

Seems that they are looking to slam anyone in Congress who has any association at all with Tom DeLay.  Even if his "indictment" has no specifics in it.
